Tiānxīzāi 天息災 (probably Skt. Devaśāntika; DILA Authority A000146) was the original Chinese name of the North-Indian monk later renamed Fǎxián 法賢 in Yōngxī 雍熙 4 (987 CE) by Sòng Tàizōng. The name 天息災 is used in the bylines of his pre-987 translations; 法賢 in the post-987 ones; he is the same physical person. For full biographical details see 法賢.
