Yǒng Hǎi 永海 (fl. late Míng) was a Vinaya specialist of the late Míng. His extant work is the Fó shuō Mùlián wǔbǎiwèn jièlǜzhōng qīngzhòngshì jīngshì 佛說目連五百問戒律中輕重事經釋 (KR6k0075) — a two-fascicle commentary on the Mùlián wǔbǎiwèn jīng (T1483b), explaining each of Maudgalyāyana’s casuistic Vinaya questions. Together with Xìng Qí’s parallel commentary (KR6k0074), the work belongs to the late-Míng revival of Vinaya casuistic scholarship.
