Gù Jǐngwén 顧景文 (mid-18th c., 清), Sūzhōu physician and disciple of 葉桂 Yè Tiānshì. He is known almost exclusively as the scribe of Yè’s Wēnrè lùn 溫熱論 (KR3eg001), which Yè is said to have dictated to him extempore during a boat journey on Lake Tài 太湖. Lifedates are not preserved in the standard biographies — the CBDB Gù Jǐngwén entry (id 86348, 1631–1675) is a different person, well before Yè’s circle. No reliable independent biographical material survives; he is sometimes conjectured to be a Sūzhōu xiùcái who studied with Yè in the 1730s–1740s.
