Huáng Cháofāng 黃朝坊 (fl. late Qīng), physician of the classical-formula-school (jīngfāngpài) lineage. Author of the medical compendium Jīnguì qǐyuè 金匱啟鑰 (“Opening the Lock of the Golden Cabinet”), of which the gynecological section is preserved as KR3ei038. The work belongs to the late-Qīng wēnbǔ (warming-tonifying) tendency in gynecology and is polemically opposed to routine prescription of biǎo-resolving formulae (Wǔjī sǎn, Jiǔwèi qiānghuó tāng) for cold-syndrome conditions. No further biographical detail located.
