Liào Rùnhóng 廖潤鴻 (hào Sōngpǔ 松圃, fl. 1860s–1890s, 清), Húnán-born late-Qīng official and acupuncturist. Active in Beijing in the Tóngzhì and Guāngxù reigns, where he served in the Imperial Astronomical Office (Qīntiānjiàn 欽天監). Compiled the Zhēnjiǔ jíchéng 針灸集成 (KR3ee007, 1874), the Miǎnxuétáng zhēnjiǔ jíchéng 勉學堂針灸集成 (KR3ee037), and the stand-alone Kǎozhèng zhōushēn xuéfǎ gē 考正周身穴法歌 (KR3ee032) — collectively the most widely-used late-Qīng portable acupuncture-handbook series. Liào’s distinctive contribution is the systematic re-versification of the Yīzōng jīnjiàn cìjiǔ xīnfǎ yàojué (KR3ee015) into five-character mnemonic verse coupled with reduced-scale bronze-figure acupoint diagrams. Birth and death dates are not securely recorded; his own 1874 preface places him at age 40 in that year, suggesting birth ca. 1834, but this is not independently confirmed.
