Quán Yuánqǐ 全元起 (fl. late 5th – early 6th c.) was a Southern Liáng physician and the first known commentator on the Huángdì nèijīng Sùwèn 黃帝內經素問 (KR3ea001). His eight-juan recension — the “Quán Yuánqǐ 注本” — preserved the pre-Táng arrangement of the Sùwèn with the seventh juan already missing; it was the principal witness from which 王冰 Wáng Bīng worked in 762 and which 林億 Lín Yì’s Northern-Sòng 校正醫書局 still cited at length in its 1057–1069 collation. Quán’s commentary is now lost as a continuous text, but extensive quotations survive in the 新校正 notes of the Sòng Chóngguǎng bǔzhù (KR3ea003); these are the principal evidence for the pre-Wáng-Bīng state of the Sùwèn text.
