Wáng Bīng 王冰 (c. 710 – c. 805), hào Qǐ xuán zǐ 啟玄子, was a mid-Táng physician and medical scholar, compiler of the standard received recension of the Huáng dì nèi jīng Sù wèn 黃帝內經素問 — the foundational classic of Chinese medicine. His edition (762) rearranged the chapters of the Sù wèn, supplied the “seven great treatises” (七篇大論) on cosmological correspondences, and included extensive commentary.
