Xú Bīn 徐彬 ( Zhōngkě 忠可, native of Jiāxīng 嘉興), early-Qīng physician and a disciple of the Jiāngxī clinician Yú Chāng 喻昌 (1585–1664). His major surviving works are the Jīnguì yàoluè lùnzhù 金匱要略論註 (KR3e0006) of Kāngxī 康熙 辛亥 (1671) — the SKQS-edited recension of the Jīnguì yàoluè with commentary, in twenty-four juan — and the Shānghán yī zhù 傷寒一注 (companion commentary on the Shānghán lùn, not in the SKQS). The Sìkù tíyào on the Jīnguì lùnzhù notes that as Yú Chāng’s dìzǐ his learning has a clear teacher-line, and selects his commentary precisely for this lineage. Beyond his medical studies he has no extended biographical record.
