Xìng Qí 性祇 (fl. late Míng) was a Vinaya specialist of the late Míng period. He is principally known for his Fó shuō Mùlián wǔbǎiwèn jīng lüèjiě 佛說目連五百問經略解 (KR6k0074) — a one-fascicle abridged commentary on the Mùlián wǔbǎi wèn literature, compiled in the late Míng. Along with Yǒnghǎi (永海)‘s parallel commentary (KR6k0075), Xìng Qí’s work is part of the late-Míng revival of casuistic Vinaya scholarship.
